Orders are shipped 1-3 days after order unless prior stated preorder release. Tracking will be sent via confirmation email. Orders come standard via USPS; larger orders will ship UPS. Once a product is shipped, SHOPXEZO is no longer responsible for your order. Missing packages can not be refunded via SHOPXEZO, and a claim must be filed with the corresponding shipping company.

All products can only be returned with attached tags, and all stickers, cards, bags, etc., must be included. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping back to SHOPXEZO. Worn items will not be accepted for return. Wrong sizes can be exchanged for correct if in stock. If the thing is not in stock, store credit will be funded. All return funds can only go back to the original payment method. Items with flaws or incorrectly packed orders must open a claim via contact@shopxezo.com.
